MSS and Chef Middle East at the Salon du Chocolat 

The Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie took place from September 30th to October 2nd at Madinat Jumeirah in Dubai. It stands as the largest event in the Middle East dedicated to the art of chocolate, coffee, pastry, and gelato. Bringing together professionals from across the industry, including pastry chefs, chocolatiers, authors, and of course, chocolate enthusiasts, the event welcomed over 7,000 visitors, showcasing more than 360 brands.

Leveraging the opportunity, the Mauritius Sugar Syndicate joined forces with Chef Middle East to present a selection of special sugars. This collaboration was particularly significant, as Chef Middle East is one of the region’s leading specialty distributors, offering an exceptional and diverse portfolio that combines premium-quality products with competitive pricing.

September 29 was dedicated to pastry preparation at Epicure Studio, where our ambassador, Chef Philippe Bertrand, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier et Pâtissier, benefited from an innovative workspace featuring advanced pastry tools. 

A day that perfectly set the tone for what was to happen in the upcoming days.
